Additionally, we commit to regular check-ins for at least six months, both with the client and the candidate. • We believe in transparency and flexibility. Our service is structured with payments at key milestones, aligning with the progress of the search.

• Initiation: A third of the total fee is payable at the start of the search, signalling our commitment to finding the perfect fit for your team.

• Milestone: Another third is due at the shortlist and interview stage, reflecting progress in the executive search process.

• Success: The final third becomes payable upon the successful hire, aligning our success with yours.
